The Luck School District’s Veterans Day program will be held on Monday, November 11 at 10:00AM in the Main Gym. All Veterans and their families are invited to a social that will be held prior to the program at 9:00AM. A special thank you to the Luck Student Council, National Honor Society, and Special Education Department for hosting the social. Following the program, Veterans and their families are invited to stay for lunch, sponsored by the Luck Student Council. If you are interested in staying for lunch, please RSVP by November 6 to Marissa Bazey at marissab@lucksd.k12.wi.us or call the school at 715-472-2152 ext. 103. Everyone is invited to the program to help honor our Veterans. If you are unable to make it, the program will be live streamed on the school’s YouTube channel. As in the past, each student is given the opportunity to honor one person who has served our country. If your student has an immediate family member they would like to recognize in the program slideshow, a picture can be sent to school (labeled with the student(s)’s name, the Veteran’s name, and their relationship). We will then do our very best to include as many of the pictures as possible in the slideshow that will run prior to the start of the program. Click here for more information.
